whatever it is, i've started to jog again.
and this time around, i drag my nyai along.
imagine me running while pushing nyai on wheelchair. i feel great actually.
i guess the weight im pushing helps increases the amount of fats i'm burning.
ibu is joining the everyday regime. not her motivating me, but its vice verca.

the short meet up with them was marvelous.
smelly + burger + sapp = unstopable laughter
it was a real wonderful heart to heart talk.
the best was the car ride. its always been a good thing when all this 3 crazy people meet.
if the car could explode because of the amount of laughter we have, it had done so.
the sharing of thoughts, the ideas, planning of future.
i guess i really that time to reflect.
